I’m big on places with gyms but this place…They don’t allow you to donate gym equipment and they refuse to buy or replace any of it but we can’t donate lol the equipment is broken and or falling apart.. they do nothing about it …they got all this money for HOA fees though and they can’t even have a nice decent gym. I thought that’s what that money goes to. Amenities… hmm What do yall do with the money ? Seems like nothing. You shouldn’t promote or even say this place has a ‘gym’ when most of the equipment is trash. Everything is extremely out dated. I honestly feel like they just do the least possible about everything just to get by. I can’t believe how much the HOA fees are when I found out.actually quite insane. Don’t even get me started on the security guard they have omg. Ridiculous. Put more time and effort into actually taking care of this place. Use that hoa money you got

Lost thousands of dollars moving into Unit 106, there was previous extreme plumbing issues that were known and went unfixed, 2 weeks into moving into the unit there was a huge sewage backup damaging thousands of dollars of property and forcing me to evacuate, no housing or cleanup was provided. They’re now trying to take my security deposit on top of all of this. Complete scammers, do not move into this complex if you want to maintain a stable and secure life.

I have not lived here for a year which is why I'm now leaving this review. I was a renter of an owned unit and my review will be about the entire complex, not my unit or landlord. The office operates under the direction of the Homeowners Association (HOA), and won't do anything about any problems of the complex without their authorization and because they do not want to spend money, nothing gets fixed. There are leaks from the main pipes running through the complex that they will attempt to pin on individuals in the units because their plumber says something different from 4 other plumbing companies. There is black mold in the buildings from plumbing leaks that they did and will do nothing about. There is a man who walks the property and will mess with your laundry in the laundry rooms, exhaust fans in them, and even go through the garbage. The entire place is outdated with lead painting on the outside of the buildings that has just been covered over the years with fresh paint, the electrical throughout the building isn't up to code, and god forbid that someone attempt to build rapport with a stray animal to ensure that it can be taken care of.

If you live in this gated community, you'll have the feeling of living in style in the city. After work, one can relax at the pool or workout or just sit out in the back to watch the fountain and enjoy the open air. There are basketball and tennis courts within the compound as well. On weekends one can enjoy grilling our cookout by the club house and play some table pool.

The HOA is daunting! I’m a buyer and wouldn’t mind staying at one of these condos but the grounds and apartments are FAR from luxury for a $800 HOA price tag. I feel bad for the owners trying to sell their properties but nobody wants them because of the ridiculous HOA. Lower the HOA and maybe someone will come.
